Periodic maintenance of irrigation projects and the use of modern irrigation methods play a key role in improving irrigation efficiency and have a positive impact on economic factors and improving agricultural productivity. The Flow Pro 2 model was applied for estimating hydraulic transactions of the channel for the period 2012 and 2018, before and after the lining process.

This study investigates the efficacy of machine learning techniques in classifying diverse IOT device types based on their network traffic patterns. Results reveal promising accuracy rates, with XGBoost achieving the highest accuracy at 91.2%, closely followed by Random Forest at 90.9%.
